Stilton Pate

STILTON PATE

8oz cream cheese.
2 tblsp dry white wine.
2 tblsp top of milk (or single cream)
6oz stilton (finely grated)

Beat cream cheese with wine and milk to a smooth paste.

Stir in the Stilton and season to taste

Put into a container and chill for at least an hour
